MODEL APPLICATION

You must be between 17 and 35 years of age to request a free evaluation. If you are 18 years or older, you should at least 5'11" tall and height-weight proportionate.

You should send a head shot and a full body shot. The images should not include individuals other than yourself. Amateur photos, school photos, etc. are welcome but must be in focus and have good lighting values. Photos should reflect your modeling interests as listed on the application. Include a SASE if you want the photos returned to you.

Your HEAD SHOT must show a clear, close up image of your facial features.

Your FULL BODY SHOT must be a close up image that provides a view from head to toe.
